  • Didier Guérin

    Executive Chairman and CEO

    Didier Guérin has launched more than thirty media magazine brands with their digital applications throughout the world, most of them in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Japan (like ELLE, VOGUE, GRAZIA). He also has acted as a financial advisor, initiated and assisted in the negotiations of dozens of mergers and acquisitions transactions in the media industry.

    Country Manager China

    In charge of Media Convergence’s operations in China, Jenny Hu combines a rare experience between the creative and the business sides of magazine publishing, both on-line and in print.

  • Johannes Neubacher

    VP Digital Director

    Based in China since 2000, Mr Neubacher started his career at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and has over 15 years of expertise in content creation, management and strategy. He became the first foreign editor in chief of a Chinese language publication and has worked for major global media brands, from Time Out Beijing and Shanghai to the Chinese version of the FT, from Madame Figaro to Corriere della Sera’s Style magazine and Fairchild’s WWD as editor and chief and and creative content director. As an expert in the Chinese media, communication, luxury, retail and beauty industry he is a regular keynote speaker at major industry events.

  • Kay Kinomoto

    Consultant Japan

    Based in Tokyo, Kay Kinomoto is an experienced marketing executive who has worked with large international companies like Estée Lauder Group, Nikkei-Condé Nast and Phillip Morris

  • Margaux Tang

    Corporate Manager

    Margaux Tang oversees Media Convergence’s staff in Sydney and coordinates our finance, research and online departments. Before joining Media Convergence, Margaux Tang worked in corporate finance and in an internet start-up company.
